When your digestion is strong, your body can absorb nutrients and eliminate waste efficiently. When it’s weak, toxins build up, causing both physical and emotional blockages. This is not limited to digesting food. The foundational issue is: how are you digesting life, with all inputs and experiences it offers up to you?
