REWILDING YOUR SOUL
RECLAIMING YOUR HEART, BODY AND SPIRIT
Shambala Rewilding May 6-9th
A four-day three-night deepening experience
of rewilding ourselves
to 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒍.
As we rewild, we reconnect 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 nature
𝒕𝒐 our true nature and inner wisdom,
and 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆, 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 and 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔,
to 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒖𝒔 and 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆,
allowing those around us to become their full, authentic expression, too.
"The time of leading with our minds, the information age is over.
It is over.
And what we are moving into now are the times of truly feeling it, embodying it, becoming it ... and in order to become and express all of us and become the conscious creators of our lives,
we need to reclaim our hearts, bodies and spirits.
We need to rewild ourselves."
- Lena Kaliyah on the intention of and deep need for Rewilding.

What to expect?
Expect an experience of nourishing wholesomeness, grounding and embodiment.
A complete exhale, as you arrive through the tree-lined driveway, settling in over a delicious wholesome lunch followed by a welcome circle and explanation of the experience ahead, leading into an open ceremony and a first evening of grounding, arrival and integration practices.
Nature based modalities and practices, creativity, holistic integrative root cause medicine and ritual are woven into a an experiential container of living and breathing it, with sessions spaciously arranged throughout the day and plenty of time to just be throughout the days.
Core teachings are based on Yogic science, Ayurveda, psychosomatics, creative art therapy, and earth- and nature based practices.
Each day we will practice karma yoga in the form of co-creating one beautiful meal - so you will go home with a new understanding of intuitive cooking, food as medicine and inspiration for nourishing wholefood meals to implement into your life.
There is plenty of time to just be, ground and integrate in between sessions throughout the day. On the last day we are closing our container after another nourishing lunch together, so you leave grounded and nourished.
We reconnect to our wisdom and undergo transformation by leaning into embodied experiencing and anchoring in our bodies (out of the mind and resetting the nervous system) through movement, breath, meditation, creativity, food, connection, nature and spiritual practice and more.
Come as you are, leave centred, lighter and feeling deeply anchored and empowered from within, forging a way of enhanced functional living and and stepping up as the conscious creator of your life, connected to your essence and being.

About your Facilitator
"From personal and professional experience I know that when we take responsibility for our own healing, empowerment and awakening as an individual, the more of a ripple effect it creates in our communities, which is the only way to anchor in a new earth paradigm of respect, reverence, compassion and love for one another, with every single being feeling safe and permitted to live fully in our Highest creative expression.
My focus and expertise lie in embodied psychosomatic healing & authentic empowerment for conscious awakening and reconnecting folks to their wisdom, guidance and power within.
Over the last decade, I have extensively trained with experts and gotten qualified in the field of holistic healing therapies, both, in Eastern and Western traditions across Asia, Australia and Europe, with my main body of work originating from the science, art and way of life of yoga, Ayurveda, tantra and shamanic alchemy.
I am deeply passionate about reconnecting through nature to [our] nature to live & express ourselves fully and authentically and feel deeply connected to ourselves, others and the earth.
I am looking forward to journeying with you."
