Our Story
"It started with a group chat
just the 3 of us
DREAMLAND we called it
we would share our vision
ideas and inspirations
we would chat about riding our bikes to each other’s abode to have a cuppa and some cake
“pop the kettle on im coming over” we would say with a giggle
we held space as each of us actioned our next moves
sent photos and songs
and said “i love you i love us “
a million times over
then the dreamland
landed
what was once words
feelings & movements
now custodians
we celebrated
then changed the chat name
and kept on dreaming

At Shambala we are family. While it's us - Lena & Ands - who created and run Earth Medicine Co & Shambala and ultimately brought the vision of sacred land and the extension of it we now get to share with you to life, we could certainly not do what we are doing alone and are so incredibly blessed to not only have a reliable team in our corner but people who truly are our soul family, with whom we are going through thick and thin and could not life without.
Shambala is the culmination of the collective energy of each of the magnificent humans below and many more, each who bring their unique gifts, passions, crafts and quirks, truth and loving presence and are a piece of the puzzle of our wild and wonderful life.
